The Malcolm Charles Youth Empowerment Scholarship is open to residents of the St. Philip South community aged 16 to 25. This initiative is part of Malcolm "Alvin" Charles' ongoing commitment to education and community development.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 16 to 25 years old
• Resident of St. Philip South
• Newly registered student (starting Fall 2025 - Antigua Barbuda International Institute of Technology)
• Intending to pursue an associate degree in Business or Technology related studies
• Two reference letters to support your application
• ***Students with a history of community service will be looked upon most favorably***
